Green Smoothie Fuel-Up

Coconut Green Smoothie

Our Green Coconut Smoothie is the ideal post work-out drink. It’s a cool and refreshing treat for all the hard work, but it’s also high in protein (over 25g) and healthy carbs — two things your body needs to repair and build muscle. If you’re looking for even more green smoothie goodness, then check out our Pineapple Fusion and Coconut Breeze recipes. They’re also packed with protein, nutrients, and all the good stuff!







10 oz (280g) Smári Coconut

1 cup packed (40g) baby spinach, washed and spun dry

10 (80g) green grapes, frozen

1 cup (60 ml) coconut water




Place the yogurt in a blender. Then add all of your other ingredients. Blend on medium high until completely smooth, 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
