Green Smoothie Goodness on St. Paddy’s Day
Get into the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with our Green Coconut Smoothie made delicious with Smári yogurt. This is the ideal post work-out drink. It’s a cool and refreshing treat for all the hard work, but it’s also high in protein (over 25g) and healthy carbs — two things your body needs to repair and build muscle. 10 oz (280g) Smári Coconut
1 cup packed (40g) baby spinach, washed and spun dry
10 (80g) green grapes, frozen
1 cup (60 ml) coconut water
Place the yogurt in a blender. Then add all of your other ingredients. Blend on medium high until completely smooth, 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!
