Now that we’re deep into Fall (and 2017 for that matter), it’s time to grab your soup pot and show off your chili creds. If you’re looking for some new ideas to test out this year, try one of these 5 chili favorites we’ve uncovered from around the web. Meaty, rich, and lightly spiced, this hearty chili delivers everything you’d expect from your chili bowl, with a surprising twist…ground lamb. Garnish with a squeeze of lime and a spoonful of yogurt to add brightness to every irresistible mouthful.
This recipe is super easy to make in an Instant Pot (it’s a good recipe to try as a beginner too!) It’s healthy, flavorful, and as comforting as any chili we’ve tried before. Garnish with a big scoop of yogurt, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and a lime wedge.
A bright departure from the usual chili scene, this green chili is super simple to put together and ready in less than an hour. It can also be made in the crock pot/slow cooker…add all the ingredients, cover with the vegetable broth and cook for 4 hours.
